A great new look for your patio
SOLARSPANÔ Cool for Australian Conditions
Solarspan's unique construction delivers outstanding insulation power and unrivalled strength in a roofing panel.
Ò steel roof sheet
Solid polystyrene core up to 90mm thick
Continuous ColorbondÒ steel ceiling finish
SolarspanÔ Outperforms the others.
In the summer months the sun can regularly heat your roof to temperatures as hot as 65 degrees. Traditional steel roofing will allow as much as 74% of the heat to pass through. SolarspanÔ reduces the summer heat from a scorching 65 degrees to a comfortable 26 degrees on the underside, with 53% greater efficiency over traditional metal sheeting. Relax in comfort during the summer months with SolarspanÔ.
SolarspanÔ is Strong.
Manufactured from high tensile Colorbond steel, a solid polystyrene core up to 90mm thick, and a continuous Colorbond laminate fused to deliver one compact and durable roofing unit, SolarspanÔ delivers unrivalled strength in a roofing panel.
Solarspan's combined laminated structure provides a roofing sheet superior in strength and durability to its competitors. This allows the widest spanned sheeting, fewer supports, and greater strength. Unlike competitors' products, fetching that stray ball or frisbee presents no worries on a SolarspanÔ roof.
SolarspanÔ is available in several colours as illustrated below.

VENTILATION Makes Your Life More Comfortable.
Ventilation is simply the process of replacing stale, hot air with clean, fresh air. This process makes your life more comfortable in three ways:
1. A more comfortable summer. Windmaster extracts super heated attic air, enabling it to be replaced by fresh air through tiles or under eave vents. Roof space temperatures can be reduced from 60 degrees to 45 degrees, in turn, reducing the amount of heat radiating into the home.
2. Lower energy bills. Ducted air conditioning systems operate far more efficiently with roof space ventilation.
3. Less roof space moisture. Up to 12 litres of moisture per day is drawn into roof spaces from shower and kitchen fans. This can cause mould and mildew.
This is how the roof ventilators work:
