2. Simultaneously a separate number is rung to open up a voice channel so the incident may be monitored or recorded.

3. All your details are stored at the monitoring centre who will take appropriate action e.g call the emergency services and remain on the line until the incident is satisfactorily resolved.

4. This service is of great benefit to lone workers in any hazardous environment: security and night workers, the physically challenged or anyone apprehensive about being alone.
