Club training is one of two forms of training offered at Allsports to all members.

A more traditional style of service, it ensures that each client will be given a program appropriate for his or her goals and fitness level by a qualified trainer. Follow up service is given at regular intervals and clients will find that trainers are always in site to keep them on track.

After an initial program clients are able to book in for instructional sessions that ensure they understand their program and can perform their program with correct technique. Our programs generally follow the principle of using "functionally based exercises" - this means the exercises map everyday movements and are therefore more appropriate in strengthening and shaping our bodies in ways in which they are meant to be used. Not only is this an effective strategy for programming, it also protects the body against injury.

Allsports also prides itself in utilising "Maximum Momentum Workouts". This term is given to work outs based around getting maximum benefit in shorter workout time. How is that achieved, you may ask? Well simply by including fewer exercises (namely those that work more than one muscle group at a time) and doing less of each one you are able to maintain a higher level of effort overall during the workout and thus a better result in the end!
