The client is advised of various alternative solutions to their problem with an emphasis on mediation and negotiation, including the costing of each solution.

The client is encouraged to be fully involved with the legal process.

The legal service is structured so that the more input the client can provide by the way of providing documents and other evidence as required, legal costs can often be reduced.  

This is encouraged, firstly so that the client saves legal costs, and secondly so that they remain fully involved in the legal process to ensure that their needs are fully understood and met.

Quality control is rigorously applied by use of carefully developed recording systems established in the legal practice to keep note of time limits, records of all communications and follow-up procedures to ensure each client's matter progresses to its conclusion in a timely and cost effective manner.

Over the past 22 years Peter has developed expertise in practice involving the civil courts, such as the Magistrates, District and Supreme Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court.
